Eszter Feh\u00e9r graduated from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) ceramic designer, founder of Hugi Ceramic Design<\/span><\/p>\n

Between 11 and 13 September, the Independent Contemporary Salon of Applied Arts (FIKSZ) Festival of Applied Arts will be held for the second time, where hundreds of artists will be introduced.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the announcement of the organizers sent to MTI on Friday, during the three-day event series organized by the KultArt Association and the Pet\u0151fi Literary Museum (PIM) in the museum, an applied arts fair, workshops, trade shows, lectures, podium discussions and children's programs await the visitors.<\/p>\n

As they wrote, Hungary's only applied art festival focuses on the most important aspirations of contemporary applied art, from the design of porcelain, ceramics, glass, jewellery, textiles, leather and wooden objects to illustration.<\/p>\n

The festival is an opportunity to get closer to the creators and get an insight into the world of workshops, they pointed out.<\/p>\n

According to the information, the central theme of the event will be creation and inclusion in 2026. One of the recurring issues of this year\u2019s programmes is the role of women in the applied arts \u2013 as creators, mediators and recipients.<\/p>\n

On 11 September, the moderator of the discussion, Bence Csal\u00e1r, fashion expert and writer, R\u00e9ka Szentesi, fashion researcher and brand strategist, and Katalin Stampf, fashion designer and founding member of ARTISTA will examine the questions of the present and the future of fashion at the Remodelled - Where is Hungarian Fashion Going? conversation.<\/p>\n

On Saturday 12 September, TV journalist Ilona Bayer, author of the book \u2018I became a mother-in-law in Japan\u2019 and Kokeshi craftsman R\u00e9ka T\u00f3th-V\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi will take part in the discussion \u2018Japan close up \u2013 Creation and inclusion\u2019, which will start at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, from 7 p.m., the Art of Serving \u2013 Serving Art talk explores the meeting of gastronomy and design with Geiger Bianka, food designer and gastro-manager, Eszter Feh\u00e9r, ceramic designer at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME), founder of Hugi Ceramic Design, and the moderator of the programme, D\u00f3ra Havas, gastroblogger, founder of Lila fig.<\/p>\n

The next day, Design Stand-Up Talk & Music Whose Tradition Is It? will be held.<\/p>\n

Participation in the discussions is free.<\/p>\n

In the afternoons of 12 and 13 September, UNICEF Hungary will be hosting a creative event entitled How to access an adventure around the world in a single hour.<\/p>\n
