Environmental sustainability is becoming a more pressing issue every day. In recent years, several responses have been received from the direction of design culture: recycling, upcycling, zero waste or the slow movement. Even at home, there are more and more designers or brands that think green \u2013 let\u2019s take a look at the city\u2019s sustainable design shops and studios.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Several environmentally conscious companies are hiding in the Paloma Art Courtyard. A\u00a0PINKPONILO<\/strong>\u00a0we can sew our own organic cotton sweater or\u00a0zero waste<\/em>\u00a0The skirt, which is\u00a0fast fashion<\/em>\u00a0Unlike clothes, he certainly won't come face-to-face with us on the street.\u00a0GOTS<\/em>\u00a0qualified textiles, salvaged residues,\u00a0zero waste<\/em>\u00a0Patterns are waiting for the eco-conscious\u00a0DIY<\/em>\u00a0fans.<\/p>\n

Not far from them is MONO art & design studio, home to several conscious brands, such as\u00a0Mishija<\/strong>. The ceramic, concrete and wooden sculptures of \u00c9va Farkas-Pap sculptor are made by workers with altered working capacity in a social workshop.<\/p>\n

One of the special venues is an interior design store, which opened in 2018.\u00a0PaUZa<\/strong>. A small, cozy shop that offers simplicity, clarity and\u00a0Slow design<\/em>\u00a0It puts the emphasis. If you want to green your home, you will surely find the right items here. They mostly work with domestic designers, but if a product is not yet available in Hungary, they sell fair trade European brands, such as the unique ceramic objects of Enik\u0151 Kontor designed only for this shop and the French Marius Fabre soaps.<\/p>\n

Near PaUZa you can find the Rododendron design shop\u00a0nandi<\/strong>\u00a0garments made in a green energy factory or with hand-painted accessories only.<\/p>\n
