This painting by the internationally acclaimed figure of Hungarian contemporary painting was born in one of the most important periods of his oeuvre. The collections include the Metropolitan Museum of New York, the Guggenheim and Modern Art Museum (MoMA) and the Pompidou Centre in Paris.<br \/>\nInitio Arts &amp; Design arrives at the annual exhibition of the Hungarian art market with a painting by the most famous Hungarian abstract painter, Simon Hantai. The 1971 work, worth around HUF 100 million, came out of a private collection in France after more than 50 years, it is highlighted in the communication. Simon Hantai\u2019s previous record was HUF 1.4 billion, paid for at a foreign auction, and his paintings were recently on display at the Louis Vuitton Foundation exhibition in Paris, at the world-famous Gagosian Gallery in Rome, and at the Judit Reigl exhibition at the Kunsthalle in Budapest, as well as at the HAB group exhibition.<br \/>\nThe Nemes Gallery brings to the fair one of the most significant works of Gyula Batthy\u00e1ny's oeuvre, the painting Storm at the Horse Race. The picture has been latent for almost 100 years and is one of Batthy\u00e1ny's most modern works, bearing the hallmarks of art deco. The painting was previously owned by an American oil tycoon.<br \/>\nIn addition to the paintings, the audience can also see furniture, sculptures, antique books, jewelry and carpets.<br \/>\nThe Nudelman Numismatica booth will also feature two of Ilona Keser\u00fc's woven fabrics, based on the 1979 work M\u00fcnk Szentendre. In addition, the 12-person dinner set decorated with the coat of arms of the Kossuth family is exhibited here.
