Ecce Home Lamps Warranty

Sold to the consumer,

New Ecce Home with a sales price of HUF 10,000
luminaires are covered by a mandatory warranty

Decree No 151/2003 (IX. 22.) Government Decree,
and 10/2024. (VI. 28.) on the basis of the IM Decree.

Compulsory warranty period:

Warranty period for consumer goods
it starts at the time of delivery to the consumer,
or, where the installation is carried out:
the Seller, its agent or
carried out by another person authorised to put into service –
on the date of commissioning.

If the commissioning is from the date of handover
after six months, the warranty period
start date is the date of delivery.

Compulsory warranty is a legal act for the consumer

product warranty rights are not affected.
