Exhibition of the materials of three graphic design competitions opens in Budapest

Three graphic design competitions and exhibitions meet for the first time in one place at the 11th edition of one of the most prestigious events of the Hungarian graphic design profession. In the framework of Graphifest in Tesla, Budapest, the organisers told MTI on Tuesday.    At the exhibition opening on Wednesday, the Golden Drawing Angle Society (ART) 16. The best works of Golden Drawing Angle’s tender, the 11th thematic typographical tender ‘Lubalin 100’ of the Hungarian Society of Graphic Designers and Typographers (MATT), will be presented, and the rich graphic material submitted for the Vylyan Bogyólé 2018 wine label competition will also be presented for the first time in Budapest.
The exhibition will feature works by the best of Hungarian applied graphic art from the past year, and more than 600 exhibited works will be exhibited in Tesla's Budapest Loft until 20 November.
The winners of the three competitions will be announced on Wednesday evening at an exhibition opening with the awards ceremony.
The exhibitions will be opened by world-famous graphic designer David Quay (Type Designer, Type Tourist) and Mónika Debreczeni, land manager of Vylyan.
